To set up a website, you need 4 things

1. Choose your domain name    Eg. www.yourcompany.com or www.yourorganization.org or www.yourpersonalsite.com, .net, .etc

2. Register your domain with any of the domain registrar.

3. Get a good hosting company, purchase a hosting package.

4.Design your website and upload.
